Events
The Museum is now closed untill mid-February and there will only be one more event this year - a Christmas Carrol Service in December and held in conjunction with "Friends of Goffs Park".
However, the museum staff are still active in receiving school and other groups by arrangement as well as making visits to outside organisations and mounting exhibitions.

Children (and their parents) were shown how to carefully uncover burried objects and then clean them prior to identification from books and work sheets. They were also encouraged to write up details and to make drawings of their finds - which they took away with them.
